Making an appointment
All clinic appointments or telehealth appointments can be arranged by calling Dr Singh's rooms on 1300 975 800.
Please call between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (except Holidays) to make an appointment. Outside these hours please send us an email to request an appointment.
As this is a specialist clinic, you will require a referral from either your General Practitioner or another specialist doctor before seeing Dr Singh.
Preparing for your appointment
We invite you to complete your Patient Registration online prior to your appointment.
Alternatively, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill in a detailed health questionnaire. This greatly assists us to understand more fully your entire medical status rather than just details of your spine problem. When you come for your appointments, please remember to bring the following:
- Referral letter from your General Practitioner or other Specialist Physician
- Copies of previous surgeries
- X-rays, MRIs or CT scans
- A list of all medications that you are currently taking
- A list of any known drug allergies and the symptoms you may have from taking these medicines
Cancelling an appointment
Please cancel at least 1 day prior if possible so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.
